Monthly SysCAP Community of Practice

Join like-minded organisational design practitioners via MS Teams for a 1-hour lunchtime event to learn more about organisational design. Our aim is to strengthen the organisational design profession across Australia and New Zealand by creating a community that shares knowledge, raises standards, and transforms organisations for the better.

The Community of Practice is completely free, with no expectation that you'll undertake the SysCAP Certification. It's simply a welcoming forum for people who are passionate about designing better organisations, expanding their thinking and meeting interesting people. Additionally, people who only do org design occasionally are welcome too.

We are all here to learn and do better.
