Hi, I'm Dr Beatrice Hofmeyr
I am passionate about teaching transformation, change and HR professionals on how we to put old school, top-down organisational restructuring behind us with all the stress, confusion and disruption they create, and move towards an exciting new world where organisational design helps us create adaptive, dynamic and healthy organisations.
Based on my 30 years' experience as a top-tier organisational design consultant, having led close to 400 organisational redesigns across 18 different industries, I have put together SysCAP as a tried-and-tested approach and toolkit that makes organisational design a systematic and powerful change process. This course is about building your skills and confidence in organisational design.
